The Airtrain service leaves from Brisbane Airport every half hour throughout the day. The cost without the limousine service from Brisbane Airport to Nerang Station is $24.70 per adult and $12.40 per child.

AirtrainConnect - Limousine Service

AirtrainConnect operates a door to door transfer from Brisbane Airport to hotels on the Gold Coast. A conference rate has been negotiated of $66.60. This fare includes the train from Brisbane Airport and then a chauffeured driven vehicle transfer to the Royal Pines Resort, Ashmore Palms Holiday Village, or your alternate accommodation. The travel time is 90 minutes on the train and approximately 15 minutes in the limousine. Bookings can be made online at www.airtrain.com.au/conferences.php.

Traveling from Brisbane by car

Travel from the heart of Brisbane to the Gold Coast is about an hour’s journey by car. From the city, take the South-east Freeway to travel along the Pacific Motorway. Take the Southport-Nerang Road exit. Turn right at Ashmore Road. At the roundabout - take the 2nd exit onto Ashmore Road, Ashmore. Arriving at Coolangatta Airport

For those arriving at the Gold Coast's local airport, Coolangatta, the following options are available.

Pick up and drop off is directly to and from the foyer entrance to the Crowne Plaza Royal Pines Resort. Arrival transfers are not required as they meet all flights at the airport. Upon arrival after luggage has been collected, just head over to the Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle counter and they can arrange to place you on the next available shuttle to the Crowne Plaza Royal Pines Resort. However 48 hours prior to your departure, either yourself or the reception at your hotel must contact us to arrange a suitable pick up time to take you back to the Coolangatta Airport.
