In the year 2007, the conference theme is inspired by James Bond, "Technology is not enough: Striving for service excellence." In keeping with the theme, there will be two streams: technology; and service. Papers relating to these streams, or relating to the James Bond theme will be highly regarded by the program committee. Some suggestions (reserve your idea early!) Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- New technologies
- Managed desktop
- Managed fleet service infrastructure
- Service desk software
- Mobile offices
- Security
- Technical writing
- Communication
- Responsiveness
- Customers
- ITIL
- Quality/Standards
- Availability
- Risk management
Do you have something of interest that doesn't fit any of the topics above? This could be an interesting case study, implementation of new technology, or research in the field of technology or customer service. Whatever it is, we would like to hear about it.
Speakers are encouraged from University, Research, Government, and Industry sectors.
