This will be a popular workshop after delegates hear Hilary's keynote presentation on Thursday. Everyone will want to hear more! This 3.5 hr workshop will help you become more familiar with the Enneagram.
What are your personal strategies for success in the workplace? What makes you come undone… again and again and again? What really drives you? What motivates your boss, colleagues and team members?Following from Hilary’s keynote presentation on Thursday, this workshop will provide you with further information about the Enneagram. With the Enneagram at your finger tips, you will understand how your greatest leadership strength, might also be your greatest weakness! This workshop will focus on two of the core V3 publications: Service Strategy and Service Design. Through the use of practical simulation exercises and group activities, Neil will provide participants with a clear understanding of the benefits and main objectives of all facets of V3. - Podcasting 101: Stephen Atherton, Apple Australia
Stephen Atherton will work with a small group to build their own podcasts that contains both images and audio (an "enhanced" podcast). The goal is to give participants a basic knowledge of the methodology in producing professional audio and enhanced podcasts using software such as "Garageband" and "ProfCast".
Stephen Atherton is with Apple Australia. As an ex teacher as well as a past university IT staff member, Stephen hopes to assist in informing IT staff about podcast use amongst staff and students in teaching learning and research.

This workshop will explore the contemporary issues in the delivery of stakeholder outcomes using a project management approach. It will explore the theoretical approach to the discipline of project management and introduce the tools and techniques employed in achieving successful project outcomes. The workshop will address the internationally recognised Project Management Body of Knowledge and the nine key areas of project delivery.
